Accommodation

We have booked rooms for participants in five places given in the FORM-Accommodattion.

Please note that the prices are in EURO. Participants are responsible themselves for accommodation payment.

 

Your credit card number is a standard requirement to every hotel, for ethical reasons we should not centralize that information and would kindly ask participants to book directly with the hotels - all emails are listed in the form, please make sure you indicate the reference "18 FRWG LISBOA" when you Book.

 

Please make sure you Book in due time (see “Book before”), cancelation free of charge is possible 30 – 15 days before the conference venue (make sure to check it out with your hotel).
